Placing an order: You can place orders online through our website www.sarnaturals.com. If you have any questions regarding your order please leave me a message through our contact form.
In-store availability: Right now we are selling only through our website. We’ll keep you posted if and when the products become available at a store.
International Shipping: Right now we are shipping only in US. Please leave me a message and we’ll keep you informed as we expand our operations.
Returns: If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product please let us know within 15 days of receiving the product. We will either give you store credit or give you a refund (excluding shipping costs) based on the situation. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you have any questions regarding your product or return please leave me a message through our contact form.
Secure Site: This is a secure and safe website for all your transactions. The transactions on our website are powered by Shopify, who comply with the highest level of PCI (Payment Card Industry) standards. Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant.
Manufacturing: All products are handmade in small batches in California.
Product Shelf Life and Storage: At sAr Naturals we do not use any preservatives in our products. It’s recommended that products be used within 6 months of purchase to ensure freshness. Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. As we do not add any chemical preservatives its advisable to keep water out of them for extended shelf life. Use clean dry fingers or spatula for your product. During summer months you may notice a softer consistency or some melting. Product does not need to be refrigerated but refrigeration may extend shelf life.
Product Testing: Our products are only tested on two-legged friends who willingly like to try out any of our new creations.
Ingredients: At sAr Naturals we only use all-natural pure ingredients. Most of the ingredients we source are certified organic. All ingredients are listed on the label. Feel free to reach out to me if you need to know more. If you notice any ingredient you are sensitive to or are doubtful about, you should avoid using the product. Always test the product by doing a patch test and if any irritation occurs stop using it. sAr Naturals is not responsible for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient.
